No shortage of near-naked beauty on display in Alonzo King LINES Ballet’s 30th anniversary season, but the high points were Edgar Meyer’s witty score for King’s latest work, entitled Meyer and played live by his trio, and Kara Wilkes’ heart-stopping performance in an excerpt from Writing Ground, a 2010 commission for Monte Carlo Ballet.
